A 3-D glass won't be effective; especially in Bangladesh. A 3-D mirror; which look like a (kaleidoscope) is needed to see images in 3-D; in your country. Look for that.

This is a common problem. Its called a convergence failure.

need to replace convergence control chips

there was another guy on here that had the same problem and he ended up throwing the tv away because it cost too much to repair, you migt call a repair man in and see what they quote you on yours

The cost I don't know, but this can be fixed. I'd say shop around a bit. Make sure the repair person is certified for your TV's manufacturer. There are generally 3 lamps in projection T.V.'s, Red, Green, and Blue. They have to be aligned for the TV to project a clear picture. A credible TV repairman should be able to fix it. Depending on if it's new enough to be under warranty they may cover it as well. Really the only reason to get rid of it is if you want to get a new TV anyway. Depends on the cost of having the lamps aligned.

You need to replace both convergence ICs they are STK392-120 you will also need about four 6.8 ohm 1 watt resistors. You can get replacement ICs and resistors at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions with pictures. here is the link.
