Sc 491 straight from manual

High voltage power: Drum/ development bias output error
An error signal is detected for 0.2 seconds when charging the drum or
development.
 High voltage leak
 Broken harness
 Defective drum unit or development unit
 Defective high voltage supply unit

1. Check or replace the harness.
2. Replace the drum unit or paper transfer unit.
3. Replace the high voltage supply unit.

Printer Ricoh sp 210 su in error service call sc556
This is most likely a fuser issue. If you have a spare laying around, I would suggest replacing your fuser. If you have a contract with Ricoh, I would suggest placing a service call for them to come out and look at the machine.

I recently moved my ricoh aficio MPC 3500 copier from office to home (not and easy task) but got it all plugged in and put together. No error codes are appearing anywhere and I went to copy something
The cord that goes from the ADF to the body of the machine may have dislodged in the move. Hope that helps.

Ricoh Aficio SP C420dn Printer. The printer at
sc491 is a high voltage output error. Combined with your jamming issue, it sounds like a possible electrical problem somewhere. A good first step is to turn the machine off and unplug it, then take off the covers and reset any connections or cables you can get to.

If the problem persists, you should have a service technician take a look at it because it might need a board replaced.
