I purchased this LG washer WM2077CW about three months ago, it just recently started to act up. I constantly get an error code pop up at about the 10 minute mark. The manual says its an unbalanced load and I need to balance the load out. I have tried many times to re-adjust the load evenly and I even taken some of the clothes out to lessen the weigh in the drum. After pressing start the wash countinues but the time does not move foward it remains at 10 and within minutes it will show the UE error code again. It wont even start the rinse cycle nor spin to start it. It goes back and forth before showing the UE error code. I have take all the clothes out of the wash and start the machine all over. I let it run through the entire wash cylcle until it get to the point where I took the clothes out then I put the clothes back in when the rinse cylce start/where I took them out to complete my prior wash. That is the only way I can get a complete wash out of this machine.
For "ue" an unbalanced load is sensed three times; re-adjust your load in the machine. What is the capacity of your machine, you could weigh your dry clothes........refer manual.
For e1, it could be a water sensor problem. Check to see if the inlet valve is okay and not clogged, water shd be in good pressure. If this is okay, open up behind after taking the plug off the wall. There is a thin tube coming from the switch area to the outlet pump area; disconnect this from the top carefully and blow into it, it should be free; if it is clogged you will hav a water level problem. Unblock and refit carefully.
.....& rate me if helped.
