try to remove battery then put it back then try to press the battery cover while turning on the camera..
SOURCE: Blurry pictures on my digital camera
I had this same problem. But, I realized that the camera was on "Scene" instead of "Auto". Then, I turned it back to Auto and it worked. Make sure it is on Auto before you take pictures. If it is already on Auto and it is still blurry, then you most likely have something wrong with your lens. If there is something wrong with your lens, it will probably cost a lot more to get it repaired than it will to get it replaced. So your best bet is to just buy a new one. Mine was $80 from amazon.com and it was the cheapest new one I could find. Good luck :]
SOURCE: The flash will not work on my Samsung S860 Digital
the S860 has three flash modes in which the flash only fires under certain conditions.
- in Auto Flash mode and Auto & Red Eye Reduction mode, the flash will only fire if the subject or background is dark; otherwise it won't flash.
- in Slow Synchro mode, the flash only fires when the camera's using a slow shutter speed.
if you have your flash mode set to any of these, the flash will only fire when the camera determines that flash is needed; otherwise it won't fire. to have the flash fire all the time and automatically vary its intensity according to how much light is needed, set the flash mode to Fill flash; to turn the flash off altogether (so that it won't fire no matter what), set the flash mode to Flash Off.
for all the details on the S860's flash modes, you can download the user manual here and refer to pages 28 and 29.
hope this helps...

I hate to say it but your camera needs to be serviced. Might not be worth the repair. Try to take it to a local repair center that would offer you a free estimate....
