Hp 4300 laserjet. All printouts have a blank space 1.75 inches in from left and about 3 inches wide the length of the page. Engine test gives the same results. Check toner, formatter, dc controller. Any ideas?
Remove the toner and wipe the small window that's above where the drum unit sits inside. That window gets covered with toner and makes light prints and blank areas.
