Second go to HP Wireless Printing Center.

you need to download the appropriate drivers for the win 7 pc.

Generally a reset or, unplug and re-plug in can clear the problem..

Try cleaning the cartridges after turing the printer off then try again.

uninstall the wireless drivers from your computer and reconfigure the settings.....these issues are generally related to the printer drivers.....

Change settings and copy from HP Solution Center

1. Open HP Solution Center.
   • Windows 2000: Click Start , click Programs , point to HP , and then click HP Solution Center .
   • Windows XP: Click Start , click All Programs , point to HP , and then click HP Solution Center .
   • Windows Vista: Click the Start icon ( ), click All Programs , point to HP , and then click HP Solution Center .
2. Click Make Copies . The Copy window opens.
3. In the Paper section, click A4 on the Size drop-down list.
4. In the Start Copy section, click Black or Color .
5. In the new window you can also change the copy settings
