i also had no water dispensing and replace solenoid and dual inlet valve at back of fridge. I also tried turning up the freezer temp. To no avail. But i had read somewhere on internet to try turning the dispener light on and leave it on for a day or so. This worked. As I understsand, these GE Arctica models do not have enough insulation in them and this is a common problem. You might try this as it costs next to nothing. good luck!

Then the line in the door is frozen . Either raise the freezer temp for several days , so the line in the door will thaw , or , I have heard using an air tank will blow the ice out of the line in the door . There is a heater for the water dispensor tube , pt # WR49X10173 , which should keep this from happening again .

Water will not dispence in ge refrigerator model number gsl25jfpa bs

Your line is frozen. Frozen water dispenser line is a problem with this model. There are number of solutions.

1. Contact GE 800 386-1215, option 5 and ask for WR49X10173 heater kit. There is a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdNX3LteJTw to help you install it. Try to get GE to send you the fix free.
2. Get a hair dryer and heat the dispensing box until the water dispenser works. This is not a permanent solution, though, and it takes 15 to 30 minutes. Hang a long beach towel or blanket over the open freezer to save the cold air.
3. Place a long, clean fishing line or weed wacker line up the water dispenser line. When it freezes, pull carefully to dislodge the frozen water.
4. Buy another brand of refrigerator and let GE know they make inferior products.

GE GSL25IGRE BS slow water dispenser

Sounds like your water valve may need changing, and has filled up with sediment, slowing the water flow.

I have a GE side by side freezer/refrig, Model GSL25JFP-BS 4 years old. The water dispenser does not dispense water when the drink lever is pushed forward. Water supply thru the filter to the bottom of...

This is common due to the fact that your GE uses a pinch valve that eventually collapses the water tube. You will need to open the panel to access the valve and cut the old hose, then feed a clean piece back to the same place on the valve. There should be some excess hose present for this in the chamber.

GE Frig GSL22JFTA BS

If you get water at the bottom of the door then something is blocking it between there and the dispenser. Usually ice. Leave the door open and cover the freezer opening with a blanket to keep freezer cold.It should thaw in 156 or 20 minutes.

Ge refridgerator model gsl25jfpe bs

I have a gsl25jfpe bs ge regrigerator and the baffle motor that controls air flow from the freezer to the refrigerator is out. This had been causing everthing in the fridge to freeze and cause the water to stop working due to water freezing in the storage tank. The baffle is in the back top of the fridge covered with a plastic cover. Remove plastic cover to check baffle function.

GE GSL22JFPH BS refrigerator, coils icing up

I'm in the process of fixing the same problem on a GSS22JEPDWW right now. There are several parts in the defrost circuit that I can tell:
1) Defrost Heater
2) DefrostThermostat
3) Temp Sensor (Thermistor)
4) Main Control Board
I've replaced the Defrost Heater (remove back panel of freezer section - it's a stainless steel bracket that has a glass bulb in it) and it still doesn't work. The main control card provides power to the heater 4 times every 24 hrs for 25 minutes or so to defrost the evaporator coils. If all items are working, you'll see water in the drip catch at the bottom inside of the freezer compartment. Better yet, pull the refer away from the wall for 24 hrs and check if water is gathering below the plastic drain on the right rear of the refer in the pan. The water drips into a pan and the fan for the condensor coil evaporates it. Go to the www.ge.com website and look in the service section to find the parts diagram for your refer. You can then get a part number to buy the parts you need from a local parts store or the Internet.
I just bought the thermostat a few minutes ago and will try that next. Heater was $37, thermostat was $15. Sensor is about $20 and the control card is $140 (you can find on line for $95). I'm going down that path. If none of this works, it'll be in the dump in a week.
I've learned on-line GE refers are bad news. The control cards can fail repeartedly, althoough mine has worked for over 4 years. But, I won't ever buy another one since refers should last at least 15 years in my book. After $200, it doesn't pay to throw more good money after bad. I'll keep you posted on my results.
