My Proscan 19LA20Q Keeps going to sleep mode after my sister touched something on the remote. The Blue screen and the source flashes on for a few seconds then the light goes orange and the screen goes black!! Help Me please!!

That happens a lot to everyone no worries, it would help if I could see what the remote looks like but most likely there is a button labeled "input" somewhere and that changes the input of what you're trying to watch. Try finding this button and pressing it a few times to see if that option of HDMI 3 comes up.
