Green power on light flickers

I have a mitsubishi hdtv 1080 integrated -the green power on light flickers and would not turn on the tv. Tried unplugging tv for several hours but no help. The green light flickers for about one min. and goes out. The tv will not turn on. I tryed unplugging it and reseting it with the button and it still won't turn on. Is there any other way to get it to work???

I have the Mitsubishi TV HD 1080 Series intergrated this morning we tried to turn TV on and all we get is the blinking green light. I unplugged and replugged it and nothing. Does anyone know how to fix?

When we turned the set on, the green reset light began to flicker. It would not reset, or turn the set on. We powered off, and tried again, but got the same result.

We had a power outage in my area for about 1 hour. When the power came back on the TV stood in like a sleep mode. Green power light just keeps on flickering, tried unplugging it for a while but the light just flickers. You can't even turn the power off. Any help with this?

The green blinking light is telling you the error code. count the number of blinks and make note of any sequence. Then google your make and model with blink codes added to the end. This will lead you to sights that will tell you what the error or blink code means.

My Mitsubishi Medallion 1080 won't turn on

Are you sure its the right remote? Verify TV mode on remote if equiped with mode switch. Drain the remote by removing batteries.

Light flashing and tv won't turn on

Hi there, I have a Mitsubishi HDTV 1080 and when I tried to turn it on the tv this morning it wouldn't turn on and the power light is flashing green. I pushed in the reset button but it just keeps flashing and still won't turn on.

If the LED doesnt light. Check the fuses. the fuse many be blown. Unplug the set before you check the fuse.

Help with green light blinking, HDTV integrated 1080

Check C81A2, C81A3, C81B3 and C81B4 (1000 uFD, 16V, 105C) on the DM PCB.
Check C8F19, C8F21, C8F22 and C8F27 (1000 uFD, 16V, 105C) on the FMT PCB.
If any are bad, replace all of them with part # 181P734030 (680 uFD, 16V, 105C).

The set is trying to tell you somthing by blinking this light. And the bad news is that it's sayiny the DM board is not booting up, there are several problems that might cuase this all from bad capacitors to a shorted diode or a compleatly replacing the DM board. but all these are not for the weakend tv tech this one has to go into the shop
