Computer wont let me install all in one printer even though i have a cd

You are supposed to turn on the computer.... then put the cd in the drive. Install the software. Verify that the drivers were found in device manager. then plug in the usb to the printer and possibly even reboot.
If your printer doesn't print and the computer shows that there is a print waiting Go to control panel/Devices and printers (win7, win8) and verify that the printer is set as default if not right click set as default

1st You download Webcam Driver.
Drivers and softward wont installAfter this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

May be u can install the scanner driver please uninstall the printer driver and setup again with the Installation driver CD.

Can you do this?

1. Control Panel Check the installe Printers(If your printer is not there then do this)
2. Disconnect the printer to your computer.
3. Connect the printer to your computer..If your printer is not yet installed it should run on Installing.
4. If it runs thru intallation choose the driver that you have put to CD..

Even though your printer/ scanner is all one device, when you install the driver CD, it is still installing smaller individual drivers to run all the seperate features (scanner driver, printer driver, etc.). It's likely that the driver for the scanner has become corrupt or is conflicting somehow with the system. My first suggestion, if you can, would be to uninstall the drivers for your printer completely (most likely you can just delete them in your 'ADD/REMOVE" folder in your control panel), reboot the computer and go to the manufacturer's website to see if they have updated drivers (they may have addressed the problem you are experiencing already). Download and install the newer drivers and see if this solves the conflict.

If you don't have the installer cd you should have at least a file copy of the driver installer in your computer, if you don't have a copy you can download one on the website of your printer's manufacturer, if you already have a copy of the driver click setup of there is an icon for setup, if there is none do it by going to the Control Panel, Add New Hardware.

In order to show up in your computer, the printer needs to be turned on and ready with no error codes. If you have a good cable, a printer with no errors, and a good USB connection, then the main logic PCB in the printer may be defective.

reboot the computer and the printer..
then try to do a "Print Test Page"..if it still does not print, turn off the computer again, unplug the printer from the back of the computer ( I assume it's connected via USB), then plug the printer on a different usb slot on the computer.. you may have to re-install the drivers. make sure you have the cd for the printer.

Most likely you don't have drivers installed on your computer for the printer. If you have the CD that came with your printer, the drivers and software should be in there. If not, you can look up drivers on Lexmark's website or somewhere else on the internet and download the software/drivers and install it on your computer. After installing the drivers, reboot if necessary and try printing something. It should be printing by then.

uninstall, restart, and when whiz appears choose to install manually. only then insert the CD and install. should work fine now.
