I am confused ! Do you want to make a transaction without the printer? If so just lift the paper cover and don't print receipt. Call me to clear up this problem. Frank 775-338=6634
We also facing same problem.
We have a option for "No Print receipts", When we enable this option cash drawer will open after payment but it should not print. But printer spits out small piece of paper every time when payment is completed.

Printers has a built-in memory that cache all printing jobs, but it's size may not be adequate for large printing jobs. So be sure to print only documents sizes that the printer can handle to be sure your printer will not run out of memory.

Of course , this is the only way for you to have all your documentation in order .
Make sure to go to the branch with all other receipts for proof of past payments which should give the teller all loan numbers and requirement to retrieve missing documentation .

Hi. It doesn't look like this model can do it. Copy receipts are usually not available on low end models as the memory is insufficient. You can take a journal reading while you are in a sale though. If you press the receipt button before you press a payment button, it should print the current sale. It just won't show how they paid. You can still print a normal receipt after the sale. If you want to track every sale and see where staff are going wrong, just print the whole journal out at the end of each day (I think it is 700 . X TL)
Hi. On most machines it is in key features, then set the feature of the payment keys (CASH CREDIT etc to print VAT breakdown). See if you can find it, otherwise I'll try to get the info for you.
The check ink tank is an error message based on either: 1.) How many pages have been printed 2.) How many times you have replaced ink tanks 3.) How many hours the Printer has been on.
Most of us understand this is based on a page print counter.
There is usually a method to turn this off using a manufacturer's method taht's leaked out to the tech community. There are a few Canon tricks and I'll post one to you later that may or may not help.
I do want to assist you first and foremost on the payment you believe you were charged by the receipt being issued. This may have been a glitch as this does happen but you need first peace of mind on the billing and then support. As you have posted this 'help ticket' into the Free Forum, I'll also see if we can reset your Canon too.
