Hello Sir, It is sad for you for the fact that from November, all the china phone's IMEI's are being noted down by the network providers and these IMEI's are blocked from network usage. Thus you can't do anything to disable this call. You can buy a validated and original phone having valid IMEI and insert the Sim. Then all network usage will be unblocked.
