I always leave my HP mx75 monitor power button on when I turn off the computer (I do this because the spring behind the monitor's on/off button is broken and I have to shove a screwdriver into the power button to turn it off and on manually).
The monitor has always gone into sleep/hibernate mode when my computer (HP 734n) was turned off and the monitor turned back on again when I turned my computer tower on.
But all of a sudden, the monitor has started turning itself off when I awaken my computer tower from sleep/power it on. The monitor still goes to sleep/hibernates when I turn the computer tower off, but the monitor suddenly powers off when I turn the tower on.
I don't know if I've inadvertently changed the settings for my monitor or if there is something wrong with the monitor. Any ideas?

vjs_1991: "right click on desktop select properties(screen saver ) select monitor button in that select turn monitor never.(configure carefully)"
Didn't work. That's actually what the default selection is on my system. It was that way before the problem started.
