Hello,
When the blue ring is illuminated, first try the RESET for the Sansa Fuze.
The player should NOT be connected to any other device:
1. Slide and hold the
Power switch up for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the
Power switch.
3. To turn the player on, slide the
Power switch up then release instantly.
When a RESET won't work or the player freezes again, UPDATE the firmware on the player in 2 steps.
The player should NOT be connected to any other device:
> step1: Enable MSC mode
1. Turn device OFF: when the player is frozen first perform step 1 and 2
of the RESET procedure:
1. Slide and hold the
Power switch up for approximately 20
seconds.
2. Release the
Power switch.
2. Slide the
Hold switch down to
Lock (orange colored dot showing).
3. Press and hold the left button (
|<< ) while connecting the device to the PC.
