K i had the exact same issue. read all these posts online and no one could help me. so i took matters into my own hands. after removing all the screws from the back of the keyboard (figuring i had nothing to lose) i came across a very simple setup. and if you follow the two power cords that run from the batteries you will see they are connected to a card. two thin pieces of plastic are supposed to overlap each other and using the pressur from the back of the keyboard being screwed to the front of the keyboard connect to the power card. weeeeellllll i figured it must not have enough pressure agains the plastic pieces and put a lil piece of a business card i ripped up on top of them to make the connection tighter. WHHHHHHHALAAAAA ! freakin works! bahahahaha

This fix was awesome. I was pulling my hair out, but then I read your post and 5 minutes later problem solved. Thanks

Thank you, timbuckley21. I have the 62350NS and had the exact same problem. I followed your instructions, and now I'm typing on a DIY repaired keyboard. Very simple fix and worked great. Thank you. I recommended your post on FB.

The only thing I did differently was to use a section of a wide rubber band that I cut to match the length of the little rubber piece on the bottom/back of the keyboard which pushes the contacts together. I then taped this on top of the factory rubber piece. This provides a nice firm connection.

    Thanks again.

Either your system is not compatable or your usb module is not working. If you have anything other than a mac or windows machine then the chances of it being compatable with the os if chancy.

Keyboard

I'm having the same problem. If anyone has any suggestions I'm open to ideas - Mouse works great but the keyboard doesn't. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software at least twice via remote desktop- done a hard reboot on the hardware (it's a Logitec wireless keyboard) - I've even tried installing it on another computer and the keyboard and mouse both work great! I just can't get it to work on my computer. The curious thing is that the side buttons (like sleep work) but not Ctrl Alt or Del so I can't login - what am I doing wrong? Are there settings that need to be changed? It won't even recognize a standard (corded) keyboard

Sakar wireless optical mouse

Make sure the mouse laser is on. If it isn't, your batteries are either not making contact or are bad. Reset the connection with the little button next to the laser. Reboot.

Microsoft wireless multimedia keyboard 1.0A

I suppose you should reset the keyboard and mouse and maybe the access point itself. Try find small buttons on each devise and press them AT THE TIME. You may need somebody's help. Those buttos can by hidden under mouse and keyboard and should be on the top of the access point. This depend on the model, so please reffer to a manual.

Wireless mouse/keyboard

The manufacturer no longer has the drivers on its web site nor could I find drivers on any of the archive sites I?m aware of. If you?re in love with this mouse I would try emailing Sakar (http://www.sakar.com/about.aspx) to see if they will send you the drivers for your operating system. If that doesn?t work you could try just letting Windows try to find/install the best driver it has. If that doesn?t work it just might be time for an upgrade.
