THIS OPTION WILL GIVE U THE PICTURE SIZE ON UR SCREEN U LIKE TO SEE....REMEMBER NOT ALL PROGRAMS ON TV ARE IN FULL SCREEN MOODE

The TV program may not be in Hi def. It has nothing to do with the box or TV. It's the way the program is broadcast.

Perhaps the program you're watching is not HD. It won't fill the entire screen no matter how you format the screen.

I have a casio birgade cell phone and when I get a pic text the pic is too small. Why can't I set this to get a full screen picture?
You should have the option to download the pic or save it when its received. After you do that you can open it, and view it full screen.
