You may have damages a mosfet on the internal amplifier if all the fuses check out.
There will still be power to the unit, but the internal amplifier will not work.

Remove the head unit and check for an inline buss stule fuse on the yellow wire. It may be inside a small black box.
And to check for power - simply unplug the radio and probe the yellow (constant power) wire at the end of the harness.
If there is 12VDC on your multimeter - the problem is in the radio.
If there is no power - the problem is before the radio - typically a fuse. There may be more than one for your radio - depending on your vehicle.
Thanks

There appears to be no power to the unit? No lights on the display or even back lighting to the buttons etc...? Hence I thought it was a power issue?
How can I test it to diagnose the issue?
