My Neff induction hob has prgressiely getting worse. All the lights start flashing and only hob will work. But after 10 mins the other hobs start working. The flasing gets worse if you try to start with too many pots. What started as a small problem is now getting to the stage we we practically cant cook. Any ideas? Cheers Chris

Hi, if you take off the magnetic knob & let it flash a little longer, then switch off & on again it will work. Ours is doing the same. The book says it needs cleaning, as do the customer services people but I've cleaned & cleaned it & I assure you it's spotless. You don't have to wait 10 minutes though to start cooking, just 1 after switching off. It is very annoying though & I think we will be getting an engineer out to look at it.
