HP PSC 1210 does not print at all

Symtom that scan head might be faulty, remove four screws located at corners, take out flat glass unit, remove scan head, check any damages in driving mechanism, clean reading head, fix it back and check.. If no result replace scan head unit..

The light will stay on if the cartridge is not inserted correctly, check if it is in correct if you still have the problem remove both cartridges and insert the both of them back the same time. 

Buy a new ink Cartridge.
Take it out shake it a bit, put it back, if it prints darker for a little bit. You need a new ink cartridge..

just chek ur black catridge is working or not just try to clean it and install

It strabge... Anyway u just clean your print heads and nozzles... it shuld make it fine... or just replace ur catridge...

It's not a problem... please check the advanced setting. Or better reinstall the Printer Driver. And in the tray bar u show the print status or some icon of printer. u just right click and check the all settings. After that it will be flashing means u just leave that bec. it not a problem at all. ok

First off, I will try an uninstallation of the printer
Then reinstall all the drivers and software for the printer.

one of these updates causes a conflict more than likely a microsoft hotfix, try using a different usb port and unplug and plug printer back in

Use Paint.
It's not ideal, but I can scan with my HP PSC 1205 running Vista when I use Paint. Just click 'file' then 'from Scanner or Camera'.
Works a treat.
