Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX Personal Web Camera

Launch the Logitech toolbar from your desktop or from All Programs
The settings menu is the 2 gear wheel logo on the toolbar.
Start your cam first in the Quick Capture menu (2 film frames)
Make sure your USB is 2.0 (enhanced)
You may have to reinstall the latest software from here

Hi,

If you upgraded your operating system to windows 7, you need to install the device driver which is compatible windows 7. I think you installed the same driver that you had before.

First, un install your current web-cam driver completely if you have installed before.

You can find the new driver for your device (Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX) clicking this link.

Select file 32 bit or 64 bit depending on your PC and then press the download software button.

Save it one of your folder in your PC and then install the driver clicking on that downloaded file.

HAVE  U INSTALL THE DRIVER CD OF UR WEB CAM IN UR COMPUTER. IF NOT INSTALL IT. AND TRY....

OR 

IF U INSTALLED THE DRIVER CD.THEN THE WEB CAM HAVE SOME TECHINICAL PROBLEM......

Was your problem solved ???

When in Audio Tuning Wizard ask you to enable RightSound technology just say no. that solves everyting to me.

there should be a full manual on the CD in pdf format which accompanied the Webcam.. the 4 page guide was most likely the Quick start guide
