http://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/FS%2FFSQ510.pdf this is a datasheet. I also found a forum where a person had the same issues but it required them to look inside at the chips and he found a blown chip . I can direct you to that site and if you join they can help you further. if your not a hands on person id suggest you get a tv repair person to service it. http://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=18338
It seems like the fuse has blown on the power board inside the tv, to get at it you will have to remove the back cover, the power board should have a fuse on it somwhere have a route around and you will find it, pop it out of the fuse holder and take it to your local electrical appliance store and they should be able to get one for you, they are only cheap.
WOW!
Warranty voider there.
Hate to see a $1,000 TV go down the toilet.
If your lucky, you can try checking the fuses inside the TV.
The lightning may have taking out only your power supply board, shopjimmy.com may have replacements for about $100. But, I can't tell you for sure that will fix the problem.
You may have to take to a repair shop to find out for sure.
Good Luck
