What website? The wireless dongle, what Make, Model? I assume it's a USB connection on the TV? Did it come with the TV? What is asking for the Key? The TV wireless setup? Is your D-Link Secured with a security Key (password)?

The WEP or WPA or WPA2 encryption key is in your router's wireless settings. Log into your router and got to the wireless settings, you will need to get the SSID and the encryption key. The password you are referring to is probably the wireless encryption key/passphrase. This key is setup in the D-Link's wireless settings.
Open a browser on your computer and enter the D-Link's configuration URL
http://192.168.0.1
The default login = admin
The default PW = blank (just press Enter) - if you had changed the PW then enter the password.
Then go to the wireless settings to get the encryption key.

NOTE - If your computers are connected to the D-Link using the D-Link's wireless then the encryption key is configured in the wireless card settings. Yo may also get this encryption key from the computer's wireless card settings.

How to secure the wireless network

You want to secure the wireless network.
Is there any computer connected to the router with the Ethernet cable?
If not then you will need to connect the computer to the router with the cable.
Check the IP address on the computer. Open the router set up page.
Once you open the set up page, you will find the option to make it secured
