Couple possibilities:
Fuser hot belt has wear lines transfering to the page
Black pcu needs to be replaced
Transfer unit is not being cleaned properly and needs to be replaced.
Remove each of these assy and inspect them for wear or lines that corespond to the lines on your prints.
You'll have to replace the transfer belt with a brand new one in order to clear that message. Installing a transfer belt from another machine won't clear it -- it must be a completely new unit.
Please check the OPC belt unit (green belt) by opening the upper door. Remove it and check if it is defective and then reinsert it back properly. Switch off and on the printer.

BCU Received no Feedback from LD" I have no idea what that means, but maybe it will help a tech on hear tell you more.

471 Belt tension unit cam error Even though the belt tension unit tries to return to its home position several times, the home position sensor is not activated. • Defective transfer belt unit • Pin 3 (CN25 on engine control board) unable to send signal • Defective transfer belt tension unit 1. Replace the transfer belt unit. 2. Replace the engine control board. 3. Replace the transfer belt tension unit.
