Where can i get the software to be able to download files off a Sony IC recorder ICD-P620? I am a police offcier taking over an old case and need these files immediately

Sony does not display a driver for Win7 64 bit version on their website. I read an article to route your recorder's audio-out into computer audio-in and use basic media software. I haven't tried this myself, but sounds like a logical temp solution to issue.
This IC Recorder is not compatible with the Windows 7, Vista and Macintosh Operating Systems and at this point of time, there are no Drivers available.
However, you can transfer the files by connecting the Headphone OUT of the IC Recorder to the LINE IN of the Computer. Then, use any Sound Recording Software. You can also use the Sound Recorder Software that is pre installed in the Windows Operating System.
