I'm having problems with my Yahoo mail account. It takes forever to load, and sometimes it just doesn't load at all. When I can get in, I can't download attachments. Other Yahoo sites are really slow, too.

Hello,

Have you tried switching from the new yahoo mail to the classic ones? Give it a try. This may help you. You can actually revert it if you think this does not help.

Hello there,

There is an option to use the Yahoo! Classic mail.

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-22.html

To switch from the All-New Yahoo! Mail to Yahoo! Mail Classic, in the upper-right portion of the All-New Yahoo! Mail screen, from the Options menu, select Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic.

A dialog box might appear asking for feedback. If it does, you can follow any links or check any boxes in the dialog box. To continue returning to Yahoo! Mail Classic, click Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic.

Why doesn't my "sent folder"

The new mail has been plagued with issues. My suggestion is to have your account restored back to Classic Mail.

This can be done by following the instructions below and having a bit of patience as the process could take up to a week to complete.

You will need to contact Yahoo at the address below. Please follow these instructions in order to return.

[email protected] Please put in the subject line: I want to return to Mail Classic.

I understand you would like to return to Classic Mail in your Yahoo!
Mail Account. I know this can be frustrating, I apologize for the
inconvenience this may be causing you. I'd be happy to address this for
you.

If you would prefer to use Yahoo! Mail Classic, I would be glad to
switch your account to that version.

In order to make this change to your account, I will need your written
permission. If you would like to switch to Classic, please reply to this
email with the following information:

* Please confirm that you would like me to switch your account to Yahoo!
Mail Classic

* Please let us know why you would like to switch. We're eager to
understand what features of the newest version of Yahoo! Mail we can
change or improve; and your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced; and we
hope we can help improve your experience using Yahoo! Mail.

I hope that with this information your issues have been resolved, if you
have further questions or need additional help please contact us back.

It is taking too long time to login into yahoo's account and opening email. on the other hand other sites and logins are much faster. pl. guide

Yahoo has always taken different resources and javascript DOM assets than other browsers; often this is at odds with browser design. You can pander to them, look for programs or gateways that make the Yahoo API tolerable to use, defect, try to find happy Yahoo Mail Premium customers, or just try Chrome, Opera, Firefox, etc. until one works decidedly better.

If it seems to just be a few days' ad program of Yahoo's linked ads taking forever to load, try NoScript or ad blocking extensions to knock Yahoo back into place. My impression is that Yahoo is a box full of injured kittens and saccharine gypsies (...who are partnered with AT&T...) looking for marks.

I cant access to my email

Hi,

Try these backdoor, they let you work with some basic mail functions.

http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail
http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail?tsrc=rawfro
http://de.m.yahoo.com/p/mail

If you can't get in that way either, go to this link where you are told exactly what to do in case your password doesn't work or you forgot it:

https://edit.yaho.com/config/eval_forgot

If that doesn't work either, your account may have been hacked or deleted. In case of a hacked account send a mail describing your problem to account-security- [email protected]. If this doesn't help, call yahoo 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened. They will ask you to do certain things and then they compare your original info with the changed info. Within 24 hours you should get your account back.

Thanking you

Why am i unable to send or forward e-mail??

someone may have reported you as spam and as such you are sometimes banned from sending mails. A problem from the servers could have caused the problem also, which does happen to a lot of people. try gmail or other providers since resolving this may take forever with a free account when you send a complaint to yahoo.
good luck.

Yahoo Page Problem

The yahoo server must be real busy when you are trying to use it. This happens with the Internet.

I can't fix this for you, but if I helped you get it fixed, please rate it as a fixya not a helpful rating. These ratings let me be allowed to help you and others in the future.
