Hi,
PayPal has different options for reporting scams.
If you received what you believe is a fake PayPal email:
1. Please forward it to Customer Service team at
[email protected].
2. Delete the suspicious email and don't click any links or attachments in it.
If you lost your paypal card, or you believe fraudulent activity is going on with it, you will need to call or email PayPal immediately as well as deactivate the card through your Card Management screen in PayPal.

Log in to PayPal and click on Resolution Center to file a dispute.
