How could I reset the Security Code if I have forgoten about it?

K guys. well listen. I forgot the weblink, but google. this imie number lock codes, or phone codes. You just type the imei number on the back of your phone and tells ya Password. I will be back when I find the exact website :)

I have bought A1200 Motorolla ,
I am in IRAN-TEHRAN , I have installed a persian Program For Change my language of phone , But when installed that , the phone has been restarted and Stoped in LOADING !!
the loading did not end and my phone ...
