Slide duration how do you change the duration of slides in texts? mine takes 20 seconds for each slide. Takes forever to get through picture mail

All SD cards I have ever seen can be locked with a little slide on the left side as you face the label. if the slide is up, the card is unlocked and can be used for taking pictures. The hard reset takes 45 seconds sliding the button, It also might have run out of battery which puts it into a mode that looks like sleep mode

the throttle slide inside the carb could be sticking.take off the air filter open the butterfly and lift the slide up with 1 finger then release quickly to see if it drops down by itself fast?????if it takes a long time to drop back down then this is your problem.strip the carb and clean .

Go to the Settings > Viewing Options > Select Slide duration - specify how long each picture is displayed in a slide show, from 3 seconds (default) to 1 hour.

it's likely that the rest of each slide is not exaclty equal (e.g. the amount of text) which could push the picture a little bit in one direction or another or make powerpoint automatically resize the picture or text objects to fit the slide. I'd have to really see the slide presentation to be 100% sure but orientation on each slide is likely the cause.

Sounds like a failing hard drive.

Have you got an XP or Vista cd around?

Have you tried Hi-Speed memory cards, as writing speed of the card affects the response time of camera, I am using Sony MSX-M2GN 2GB and it's gives me quite good response.

Other thing you might try is format the memory card using camera, camera has card format functionality and it does also improve the performance of the camera.
