You can take the front panel off of the washer by using credit cards. You use credit card to push the clips in by the sides of the wash machine. The pressure value hose is connected to the outer tube of the washer, it is a tan color tube. Pull that off and you can see if there is any junk inside the hose. If there is you can use a q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean. After you clean the hose, carefully blow into the hose. If you hear clicking sound then you got it working. If you don't it is your switch. They are not that bad replace. I am wanting to say around $60 or so.

How to use washing maching

water is let in for the initial wash and then it is pumped out for the spin . new water is let in for the rinse and then it is pumped out and the spin starts . For a short period the water is let in in spurts while spinning and then shut off for the final spin. So 2 times for wash and 1 time sprayed in at intervals when on final spin

The water runs during the spin cycle. The clothes

Does the water run through the ENTIRE spin cycle? There is a period where the water will run during the spin; This is called, the "Final Rinse". But it usually only runs for about 10 seconds then stops.

Cold water pours in during final spin

There is something clogging your pump, dismantle it to clear it. Plug off the wall socket mains first.

I was wondering is a dishwasher supost wash with cold water at end of its cycle its put on?

Depends on type of machine. For the most part, no. But commercial-duty carosel machines (ones designed for washing lots of glasses) typically have a final rinse of 75F-110F.
Hope this helps,
