LG Crystal GD900 MMS problems

I live in the U.S. have tmobile service and have the LG Crystal GD900. I pay for the unlimited messaging but cannot send or receive messages.

I know this is very late to send a solution but i will share how to fix this problem in case anyone else needs it! i also have an lg gd900 and took so long figuring it out! Don't forget to save each time!
1) Go to Connectivity2) Click "Internet Profiles" and then "Add New" 3) Put these in:Title: T-MobileUse Proxy: (On)Proxy Server Address: 216.155.165.050Proxy Server Port: 80804) Go back to the "Connectivity Menu" and Click "Access Points"5) Click "New Access Point"6) Enter these in:Connection Title: T-MobileBearer: GPRSAuthentication: No authAPN: wap.voicestream.com7) Go back to "Internet Profiles" in the Connectivity Menu8) Edit the "T-Mobile" Profile and Change the Access Point to "T-Mobile"9) Go to the Main Menu and Click "Message Settings"10) Click "Multimedia Message"11) Click "Multimedia Message Center"12) Click "Add New" or (if there is a blank option click that and edit it)13) Enter these in:Title: T-MobileMMSC URL: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mmsInternet Profile: T-Mobile

LG shine, with tmobile as my carrier . dont know mms settings
MMS seettings stands for multimedia message settings.

It is used to send digital pictures tones etc from one person to another in the form of messages through these settings..

All you need to activate it is call the tmobile customer care services and place a request to get it activated ..

Activation will be free but once you send pictures or tones you will be charged..

So please do call t mobile and get the mms services activated if you need them..

I have t mobile service an lg cu920 vu phone cannot send pic text
you must change the mms settings,

first go to settings>more>connection>Network profiles
click on new and enter the following,

connection title:
T-Mo MMS

bearer:
GPRS

authentication:
PAP

username and password:
leave them blank

apn:
epc.tmobile.com

and save it.

After that go to:
messaging>message settings>multimedia message>message center>options
and click on new and enter the following:

Name:
T-mobile mms

MMSC URL:
http:/mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

MMSC PROXY:
216.155.174.050

MMSC Port:
8080

Connection mode:
TCP without Proxy

Network profile:
T-Mo MMS

and save it. after you save it click on it again and you will have the option to activate it.
click on activate.

Kf600 wont let mms settings work
To have the t-zone to work and have MMS, do the following:

Menu->Settings->Connection-> Network Profiles then click "New"

Connection title:
T-Zones
Authentication:
PAP
Username:
* leave blank *
Password:
* leave blank *
APN:
epc.tmobile.com

then click save. This will allow the t-zone to work on your browser. Next, to set up your MMS settings, do the following:
Menu->Messaging->Message Settings->Multimedia Message->Message Center->Options->New

Name:
tmobile

MMSC URL:
http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

MMSC Proxy:
216.155.174.050

MMSC Port:
8080

Connection Mode:
TCP without Proxy

then save it, and activate that profile. If all goes well, those should be the correct setting for tmobile tzone and mms on an unlocked AT&T CU720 Shine as of October 18, 2008

LG renoir Cant recieve mms
1. From main screen tap the messaging icon at the bottom of the
screen. LG-Renoir info
2. Scroll the screen up and tap Messaging settings.
3. Tap Multimedia Message
4. Scroll down and tap multi msg centre
5. Tap the bottom left icon and tap Add New
6. At Title tap and enter TMobile
7. for MMSC URL enter http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
8. than save and activate the profile.. I think this should work. I just did it to mine cause I was having same problem it is now saying its sending so we shall see what happens lol

do you have a data plan?

if you have unlimited mms, then it doesn't cost anything, but you still need some sort of data plan.

Internet/ mms setting (PLEASE!!!!!!!!!)
Mine works fine- here are my settings on thePrada (multimedia settings for messages)

T-Mo MMS as connection
Proxy port is 9201
Proxy IP is 216.155.165.50
Internet mode is WAP
Profile name is T-Mo MMS
MMSC is http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
