I have a Samsung soul mobile phone and a Samsung WEP210 headset for it. In have charged the headset through my car charger and now i cannot get it to turn on to pair it with my phone. I know the headset is fully charged as it was on the charger for 2 days and when i removed it the blue light was on. How can I get it to pair with my phone? It has never been paired with any other phones.
Pairing Instructions
Pairing will create a unique and encrypted wireless link between two Bluetooth enabled devices, such as your Bluetooth phone and Bluetooth headset.
Ensure that the headset is off (see Turning the headset on/off).
Press and hold the Multi-Function button until the indicator light turns on in blue (approximately 8 seconds).
Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the headset by following your phone's guide. Typically, the steps involve going to a Setup, Connect, or Bluetooth menu on your phone and then selecting the option to discover Bluetooth devices.
Your phone will find the Samsung WEP210 headset and ask if you want to pair with it. Confirm this by pressing the Yes or OK key.
Enter a passkey or PIN, 0000 (4 zeros), then press the Yes or OK key.

I wasn't holding the button for long enough. The light should go solid blue- NOT blinking blue.
Took me ages so keep trying!

I had the same problem and solution 2fixed it, however to make the process a little bit more clearer i would add couple pf things: first turn turn ur headset off, then turn it back on and keep it held down untill u c a solid blue light and this blue light must be still and not flashing. now search the device on ur phone and u should be able to pair together and pin number will be 0000 for zero's
good luck

Hello,
With the Samsung WEP210 this is a common problem (which is actually just a user error)
This is what you do:
1. Of coarse make sure the headset is charged
2. Make sure the bluetooth headset if OFF
3. PRESS and HOLD the top/middle (on/off) button until the light stays on (it will blink then should stay on continuously). That means it is now in pairing mode.
4. Tell you phone to search for bluetooth devices.
5. It should find the headset, and by default type "0000" to pair your new headset**
**You can use whatever pin code you like......but I would recommend the default which is four zeros.

This worked, except you hold the bluetooth button down until it is a solid blue light on the wep210

It is normally either a series of four zeros or six zeros
