You will have to remove the power cord, remove the batteryand remove the CMOS Battery that is located on the motherboard. On mostcomputers you will have to take the laptop apart to get to the cmosbattery. On some systems it looks like a silver nickel that you will needa small flat head screw driver to pop it out. In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper.

Try entering your "Setup" or "BIOS" and find the area for "Security". From there you should be able to change the password that it has on it. If your "Setup" or "BIOS" has a password on it and you don't know it, then it is likely that your laptop is worthless to you now. Unlike desktop computers that usually have a BIOS or CMOS reset on the motherboard, laptops seldom have this option. If your's has a RESET on it then it will likely be a little pin-hole on the bottom of the laptop that says RESET next to it.

If it's a "desktop" computer (not a "laptop") computer, open the case, and look for three gold pins in a row, with a jumper between pins #1 and #2.
With the computer turned off, move the jumper to connect pins #2 and #3. After a few seconds, return the jumper to its original position.
You have now "cleared" all the BIOS settings, including removing the BIOS password.

If you are familiar with dissembling and assembling laptops, that's not a big problem, since some laptops have bios battery attached. In this case just remove the Battery and wait for 5 mins and reinsert the battery then all then there'll no more problem with the password. you can simply remove the cmos battery then press the power button for atleast 20seconds then thats it if the date resets then the passwords as well ^^
