I have a great ergo acer keboard but...

Caplock+doubleu+the letter before t in the alphabet+the letter _-ray and they are one on top of the other (in term of key location). help!! tal

    ya it proably is bad keybord then if its desktop u could try to dl latest software for it from website maker but best get nice fresh one if thats ones old

Sometimes numbers can work for letters like on a phone, press 1 for a b or c, 2 for d e f. If that doesn't work read the manual for the device.
