1 manually turn on the device (tv, vcr. etc) to be controlled
2.Press and hold the setup button until red indicator stays on, then release the Setup button.
3. press and quickly release the desired device button (tv vcr etc). the red indicator blinks off once
4. Enter the following codes then press the channel up button and if anything happens the light will go off.
Jenson TV codes 0004, 0009, 0133

If you can't get any of these to work then you will have to do the exhausting manual version.

I am having the same problem as SarahStarks and in number 3 of your solution, what do we press and quickly release? do we turn the TV off? and then in number 5, what code do we use?!?! this is so frustrating, thank you for your help!
