My quinny buzz 3 chassis sometimes starts to partly collaspe when in use, especially when weight put on it, i.e when going up kerbs. Any suggestions to mend? I bought it second hand but it is only 18 months old.

Quinny Buzz seat unit is not suitable for use on Quinny Zapp chassis. Quinny carrycot is not suitable for use on Quinny Zapp chassis.

The cable is not available as a seperate spare part item; It comes as part of a replacement handlebar for the Buzz chassis.

If your Buzz is under 2 years old and you're in the UK please return to your retailer with proof of purchase. They will either send the chassis to our engineers for the repair work required or they will order you a replacement handlebar if you are confident you can fit it yourself, free of charge under the terms and conditions of the warranty.

If your Buzz is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase and you're in the UK please contact our customer service department direct on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to discuss either ordering a replacement handlebar or to book in the chassis for the engineers to replace the handlebar as needed.

The original Quinny Buzz 2005/2006 chassis is not suitable for fitting the current seat fabric. However you can purchase a sub seat (seat frame) which will fit onto your chassis (RRP 75GBP) and the current seat fabric will fit onto that (RRP 40GBP). The Quinny Dreami carrycot is suitable for use on any Quinny Buzz chassis. You can order the sub seat and seat fabric via your local Quinny retailer or direct from the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30.

Hi, The Buzz top will not fit onto your chassis. I would suggest you look on ebay for a new or used hood they have lots of spare parts for sale. Regards Marie

The Quinny Dreami pram body attaches onto the Quinny Buzz chassis using the two plastic adaptors included with the Quinny Buzz purchase. Replacement adaptors can be ordered via your Quinny retailer.

Hi if you have not got bags on the handle then yes it needs replacing if it is less than 2 yrs old you can call dorel to fix it, also I have heard that if you send the frame to them & £30. for a service the will fix it. Let me know if this works.

This does not sound good at all: does the stroller tip toward you or forward? Sometimes, especially with very small children, a stroller might tip toward you if there is excessive weight on the handle area.
