To unlobck your website by your NETGEAR firewall. Go to the router's Port Forwarding Menu to enter the port numbers and IP address of the server. You will want to enter PORT 80 for your website and forward that to the machine that have the website running.
To find the IP of the server that is running the website, for windows start-> run ->cmd ipconfig /all
for linux and mac ifconfig -a
To recap, what you want to do is forward port 80 to that IP of the web server.

Firewall is used to protect the pc or the entire network. Consult your network administrator if the said website is really included in the list of domain or website being block by the router. It's the call of the administrator to unblock the site.

How do i unblock netgear firewall
Lets say this is blocking Facebook:

the URL would be: http://www.facebook.com

and it would be blocked.

Instead, type the http part with an extra s, so that it's https://

So now it would be https://www.facebook.com

Often times this will unblock. Just the only annoying thing with this is that you'll have to keep adding "s" to the end of it every time you visit a new page, but it's better than nothing.
