First, take the battery out and put it back in to reset it. Then try again to see if you can manually turn it off.
This resets the phone and is the first step in troubleshooting.
Another thing I would do, is test to see if there is something wrong with the end button itself. With a flip phone, normally the end button is unneeded because you close it to hang up. Try ending a call using that button to see if it is a broken keypad issue.
I would also have the local store update the firmware, which should repair any files that may be corrupted, if that is the case.
Also, if the phone has any water damage (when you open the back of the phone, there will be a red dot instead of a white one), this can cause all sorts of crazy problems.
If none of the above solutions work, the only other way to power your phone off is just to remove the battery. You should be able to put the battery back in without the phone restarting, but if it does, just keep the battery out when you want the phone off.

the battery might be completely drained, if it doesnt then your on button is compromise. try to charge it with different charger with same specs then wait for a couple of minute. then power ON again
Try using a paperclip to reset it on the back, hold it in for 5 seconds, if that doesnt work: Turn the tablet all the way off, press and hold the VOL - and power at the same time for 8 to 9 seconds, it will show a green android guy with a system recovery menu. Use vol - to go down to Wipe Data/Factory Reset, press the power button to select it, go down to 'yes' to confirm, press the power button to select it, it will wipe the tablet, you then press the power button on 'reboot system'.
Hi, if you drained the battery to "minus" it needs to be charged some time even to be ready to turn back on.. pls charge it..leave 2 hours and than try it again,it will come..(unless your battery is completely dead.) Take care and please Remember to rate/vote for us to continue for Helping out the Community :)
The greenlight is probably the UPS [Uninterruptible Power Source]. If the computer was shut down by a normal windows shutdown and the UPS remained plugged into the 120 Volt line and the computer's power supply plugged into the UPS and the UPS NOT turned off, there would still be 5 volt standby voltage applied to the computer's motherboard. ATX type computers never go completely off unless the power supply is turned off or unplugged. That 5 volts would have to on steadily for the rest of the voltages from the supply to turn on. If there is a reset button or on off switch at the back where your power cord plugs in toggle it back and forth. You can also try disconnecting the power supply and holding the power button in for about 15 seconds to discharge power.Leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Then try powering it back up again. If those don't work then you might have a bad power supply. They are not hard to replace.
Hope it helps

Try draining the power of the computer first. completely shut it down by pressing poweer button for like 5-7 sec. then unplug power supply from the outlet. then press and hold power button for another 15-20 sec. After that, plug back in the power cord, and turn computer on normally.
i believe if you remove the steering wheel upper and lower covers, there will be a button to push to allow the removal of the key..as for the no start, the battery light is on because of the alternator. Its faulty. the clicking sound could very well be the starter not having enough power reaching to turn it over again unless you put a power pack on it...try a brand new battery, test the alternator and removed the key..it is possible the the key not shutting off the way, is drawing power from the battery not allowing to start that way, causing what they call a "parasitic drain". charge battery, remove key. try that
you have a faulty circuit somewhere, whether its in speaker wiring, or power source, i dont know, but your reciever has an automatic circuit breaker in it for protection, and a faulty circuit will trip it, i would assume it is a power source problem since it wont turn back on, check wiring, plugs and look around, and smell for burnt, or hot components.
Ok well it's the shop for this bad boy I am afraid.. to me it says Power Supply OR fault that causes PSU to shut down.. either way unless ya a dab hand at this type of thing, its obtain a reputable serviceman and get a "Quote" and proceed from there.. GL
