I am getting an error "Uncaught Exception Index 15 >=15"
I tried rebooting it both soft & Hard way but its not starting, everytime

My phone gives me the following error message !Uncaught execption: Index 7>=7 Uncaught exception: Apllication Registry. getOr wait for (ox7c802477365c3985) owner died Thread. Then i did the hard test by removing the battery then it gives me the error message App Err 523 and the option to reset. The screen is completely white with that err msg. When I say reset it just do the same thing all over again. I cant manage to get logged into my phone. Please help
