My e-mails are not being received by intended recipients outside of my domain when sending from Outlook 2007. Other e-mail clients work okay, as does webmail, so that seems to rule out the e-mail provider (private domain) and the ISP. Some more details; - The messages leave the outbox okay, no errors connecting. - Messages sent within my domain (@mycompany.com) are delivered fine. - Other accounts within Outlook are delivering fine. - Outlook Express works fine - Everything was working good until 4-5 days ago - I have since done a system restore to days before the issue may have been impacting mail delivery - I ran Malware Bytes anti-malware - I disabled the firewall - I disabled McAfee's from checking in/out mail for viruses - I have windows XP SP3 - I am frustrated!

Have them check their junk mail folder as that may be where the message is going

Unable to receive my e-mail but can send one

It seems like you are using one of the mail client, like outlook express, MS Outlook, Mac Mail etc.

If that is correct, kindly check the Incoming and outgoing Server ports setup on your email client and replace the same with the correct one, in case you want can find the list of most common email domains server address in below mentioned link.

My windows 7 does not allow me to send pictures via e-mail ?

What error? Describe it (the exact text in the window) and/or include an image.
If R/C means right-click, and you're picking Send To then Mail recipient, if I'm not mistaken that opens up an email client's send-to window. Do you have an email client (like Outlook) installed?

My sent email was not receive by the recipients. what is the problem? please help me

there could be a bunch of reasons why the message was not received.

- the email server that received the message has not yet forwarded the email to the recipient.
- if the there is an error in sending email from your email to email server of the recipient you should be able to receive a confirmation that there was an error.
- the recipient might not properly configure the their email client
- you've sent the email to a different address
- your email server has not yet forwarded the email to the email server of the recipient

Mails sent do not reach their destination. It appears in the Outlook sent as sent.

To check the exact reason - we have to follow few steps one by one as follows.

Due to following reasons mails may not reach their destinations,

Other End Problems
1. Email address typed is wrong or does not exist.
2. There is problem with the email address - like inbox capacity is full, incoming mail server is down.
3. Recipient received the email not in inbox rather in bulk/junk box - so tell him/her to check junk/bulk box.
4. Your email address is blocked by them (recipients).

Your End problem
-------------------------
5. You have not clicked the option "Server Authentication" or other configuration problem you made.
6. There is virus problem in your computer creating malfunction for outgoing emails.
7. Your outgoing server problem.

So I am guiding how to check all points one by one tactfully to detect exact reason.

First verify the email address you typed - then you send email to the same email address from your different email.
Try to use same mail server (your end) for checking as some time few black listed mail servers are there.
You request the recipient to check the bulk/junk box - or send email waiting few hours.
Tell the recipient whether your email is blocked or the domain of your email address (as yahoo.com is domain of email [email protected]).

Now this is the very important point out of the all points - please consult with your mail server admin and check whether you have checked the Server Authentication Required option in mail client software like Outlook Express.
You please configure the same email in different computer (virus free) - try the same.
Wait few ours and send to other email addresses - and check.

I think you may easily rectify the problem.
Happy Computing.
I think I have been able to answer to solve the problem. Many Many thanks for using Fixya.

Microsoft outlook won't send or receice email

i guess you are in a office domain while inside office, so you can just connect your network cable / wireless lan and send / Rcv mails....but once you ar at home you are out of the office network / domain.....
to send mails from home you need to check with your network admin guy how to do that, as you may have to get a login id and password for connecting to your official domain from a public network....
there are many things that need to be done for that....
1 you need to get into the domain of your org.
2 your PC / email setting needs to be given the correct DNS address, IP address, mail box address etc....
Pls check with your email admin guy and get it fixed.

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

This is not an outlook issue. This error is generated by the recipient's mail server basically saying that your domain/server isn't in their DNS list, so they don't trust your mail yet.

If you've only recently set up your email system make sure that the DNS records are all in place for your email domain - most notably your MX record (should also consider SPF record.)

If you've recently set up the DNS records, then try giving them some more time to populate on the internet.
