that sounds like a problem with your provider msging network.....with the charging problem take the phone to a mobile service center and have the charging port replaced or take it to a professional tech and have him/her fix it for you.

under tools there is a record option. erase all things that have been recorded. the button on the top screen on the right hand side allows you to record phone calls. You have probably been hitting it on accident and recording calls and such. Let me know if this works.

When the keypad locks up I have found that removing the battery and then replacing it allows keys to reactivate. My phone locked because of a corrupted/modified 'Theme' I tried to use. Once I unlocked the keyboard by the above method I was able to delete the offending theme and I seem to be back in business. Best of luck!

you will need to take this to a professional but the problem is either a disconnected cable or somehow the firmware for the keypad got damaged and needs to be put back on the phone.
