I got similar issue and managed to fix it with excellent tech support from NAD. Flashing LED means system goes in to protective mode. Most probable reason is presence of DC voltage on amplifier out puts. In my case it was both surround amps. It had faulty resistor and a dry jpint at power line

I have an existing ceiling fan/light unit using the Intertek 3177973 unit. I want to install a second unit for the same light. How do I pair / sync the second remote switch to the existing receiver??

To pair/sync a second remote switch to an existing Intertek 3177973 receiver, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Turn off the power to the existing fan/light unit by switching off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse.
  2. Locate the "learn" button on the receiver. It is usually located on the back of the receiver or the control box.
  3. Press and hold the "learn" button on the receiver until the LED light on the receiver starts flashing.
  4. Press the "on" button on the new remote switch for about 5 seconds. The LED light on the new remote switch should start flashing.
  5. Release the "on" button on the new remote switch. The LED light on the new remote switch should stop flashing, and the LED light on the receiver should stop flashing.
  6. Test the new remote switch to make sure it is controlling the fan/light unit properly.
7. Turn on the power to the existing fan/light unit.
It's important to note that these steps are general guidelines, and the specific steps may vary depending on the model of your Intertek 3177973 remote control unit. Consult the manual for the specific steps and precautions before pairing or syncing on your remote control unit.

Panasonic air con - when you turn the air con on it runs for about 3 mins and then the timer light flashes. Air con will not work.

• Once abnormality has occurred during operation, the unit
will stop its operation, and Timer LEDs blink.
• Although Timer LED goes off when power supply is turned
off, if the unit is operated under a breakdown condition, the
LED will light up again.
• In operation after breakdown repair, the Timer LED will no
more blink. The last error code (abnormality) will be stored in
IC memory.
• To make a diagnosis:
1. Timer LED start to blink and the unit automatically
stops the operation.
2. Press the CHECK button on the remote controller
continuously for 5 seconds.
3. "- -" will be displayed on the remote controller display.
Note: Display only for "- -". (No transmitting signal, no
receiving sound and no Power LED blinking.)
4. Press the "TIMER" or button on the remote
controller. The code "H00" (no abnormality) will be
displayed and signal will be transmitted to the main
unit.
5. Every press of the button (up or down) will increase
abnormality numbers and transmit abnormality code
signal to the main unit.
6. When the latest abnormality code on the main unit
and code transmitted from the remote controller are
matched, power LED will light up for 30 seconds and
a beep sound (continuously for 4 seconds) will be
heard. If no codes are matched, power LED will light
up for 0.5 seconds and no sound will be heard.
7. The breakdown diagnosis mode will be canceled by
pressing the CHECK button continuously for 5 sec-
onds or without any operation the remote control for
30 seconds.
8. The LED will be off if the unit is turned off or the
RESET button on the main unit is pressed.

When you have the error code, we can work out what to do next.

When failed trun signal bulb, Jeep turning signal is fastly blinking. I changed rear turn signal bulb with LED bulb, but turn signal blinking speed doesn't go to normal, At first couple of seconds it is...

Try replacing with the same bulb type as was failed. Flasher unit isusually reliant on resistence from the bulbs to what speed that side will flash at when powered. Some of these led type have less resistence and that equates to a faster flash speed. That is why when one bulb blows that side will flash faster or may even stay on without flashing. You could even swap the led to the other side( to confirm.Check with the bulb retailer to whether they have those bulbs with a higher rated resistence in led.If this vehicle has leds as standard, you may need to get the correct type from dealer. Hope this helps or get back with findings if it still has fault after replacing bulb.

Laptop powers on but will not boot. Keyboard lights remain on. Disk light comes on for a second and then goes out.

For all troubleshooting, have the notebook connected to the DC power supply.
Does the power stay on? if the power goes off are you getting any beep codes or do the leds flash in a specific pattern? if no beep/led codes, and system turns off, then it's likely to be a bad system board or cpu. if power stays on, but you see nothing on the display, the lcd could have gone bad. can you connect an external monitor to this unit?

Ep 771 unit shutting down.

Check all the filters for dust and fur. This sounds like an overheat problem, and the easiest way of preventing damage is to remove the heat source, so the projector turns the Lamp Off. Also clarify that the fans are turning when the unit is powered up.

Sir Help me with my Compaq monitor MV520 it won't turn the power led flashing orange to green continously

it could be th epower supply and it could be the monitor.
power ON button should not flash orange regardless what you do. it should stay green. then orange. not orange to green to orange.
try the monitor on another PC if you can fine one.
the other thing is are the 2 monitor similar (CRT to CRT and LCD to LCD), you can't mix the the two, they will work but need different video driver to function correctly.

Mitsubishi VS-50705, 50 inch Rear projection TV won't turn on!

most of the time the convergance ic go bad:
but try this:
The 3 flashes of the led when you plug the unit in is the
microprocessor initializing.

This unit has an error code diagnostics.

On the front panel of the unit press and hold the INPUT and MENU
buttons at the same time and hold them down for about 5 or 6 seconds.
The unit should activate it's error code mode.

The led will flash count the number of flashes. It will then pause for
1/2 or 1 second. The led will flash again count the number of flashes.
The unit will repeate this for about 5 or 6 times.

You now have the two digit error code. The first time the led flashed
is the first number of the error code, the next time the led flashed is
the last number of the error code.

12 ----------- indicates no error
21 ------------- X-Ray Protect circuit
22 ------------ Short Protect circuit
23 ------------- Horizontal Deflection failure
24 ------------- Vertical Deflection failure

Most units give a error code "22" short protect circuit. If so check:

Q5A00
C557

If Q5A00 check bad there are other parts that have to be checked or
replaced.

If you are able to do above call a tech to service the unit
