Hello, can you please explain the difference between the Brother DCP series & the MFC series? thanks Kerrie
I was came into this as well when looking to buy a printer. after doing some research, from what i can tell the MFC printer/scanners have fax capabilites where the DCP do not. there might be a few other functions the MFC's have the DCP's don't, but Fax is the big seller
DCP stands for Digital Copier/Printer
MFC stands for Multi-Function Copier/printer
here's a copmarison of two dcp's against comparable mfc's on newegg with full spec list

Try stamping your feet on the printer for 5 times, carry the printer up with ur master hand and smash it against the wall for 8 times. Make sure there is crack on the scanner cover. Last step, dump the whole thing into the nearest rubbish bin..

SOURCE: Control CENTER for brother MFC 9200 C
Please visit this link for any helpful information regarding MFC 9200C, you can put your querry directly to Brother Printer:
1. Brother Printers 9200C
2. For DCP 7020 printer
Just use the FAQ and get support from brother website. I cannot say, why the Brother website did not mention for the MFC Management Software, use with Keyboards (may be it is not user friendly or compatible for all Operating system)
For any other querry, you are welcome to get help from me, anytime, anytype.
Regards,
Ellin Scott

Unable to clean either means there's a paper scrap in the clean station, or the ink overflow box is full and needs to be changed by a dealer. Sorry, no quick fix...
