I would start by contacting motorola or by updating to the latest software. If it's the browser that's the issue you might want to try some alternative browsers such as firefox or dolphin. If not of that helps it you can try installing a custom rom. Installing a custom rom will make your phone run faster and allow for more customization however it voids your warranty, is a long painstaking process if never done before and most importantly if done incorrectly can render your phone useless. If you do want to attempt to install a custom rom start by looking for your phone's page on xda-developers.com
Speakers mostly do not need any installation software..

Make sure *********** board has ability to produce output for 5.1 speakers. Some 2 channel output producers will give you sound only in a couple of speakers in the 5.1 speakers.! with center speakers rendered useless
if u r using xp try this option ..control panel> printers and hardware >scanners and cameras..and try installing the camera from dere keeping it connected...if this doesnt wrk ..chk if ur camera is in the 'mass storage memory' mode..can be found easily in the menu settings..and then connect....if still not recognised...search for the drivers on net

If you cleaned off the hard disk and started from scratch, there are several motherboard drivers that must be installed. These are usually on a disk that comes with the computer (or motherboard). One of those drivers is usually something about USB.
