"replace toner clean printer" command. nothing responds when trying to fix any of these and the toner is full.
If your Lexmark printer is displaying the message "replace toner clean printer," and you have already checked that the toner is full, there might be an issue with the toner cartridge or the printer's sensors. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

http://files.oce.com/nl/download/printers/PP20D%20Operation%20Guide%20(Engelstalig).pdf Here is the link to the pdf manual for the printer. They show some light sequences and mention something about the old toner cartridge may need to be emptied/replaced. I'll let you know if I think of anything else. Tim

On the machine there is a sensor that looks trough the waste tank even though you have wiped it clean the likely thing is that the sensor cannot see through the plastic waste tank.
I suggest vacuum the waste tank out until all the toner has gone then install it. If you cannot get rid of all the toner then wash the tank out and leave to dry then install it.
Hope this helps you

You should just have to press the "GO" button to tell the printer that cleaning is complete and the printer will then carry on working once the toner has been added.

The Waste Toner Cartridge must be VERY clean, especially around the "bump" directly below the left side hole. After I CAREFULLY emptied the old toner out, I used air compressor to clean every bit of toner out from inside. Then I wiped the whole area around the "bump" where the sensor "sees" if the tank is empty. Even a slight film over the area will not allow for reuse. If you do this, it works every time.
