Hello Sir I have a 2gb kingstone pendrive when i insert in my pc and after i just open but there is a problem they want first formate and than open any folder when i formate my pendrive they erro was (windows was unable the complete the formate my pendrive) please help any softwhre requred so please tell me.

your usb drive has a virus or file that cannot be read. try format on mac pc. if it still cant read your usb flash is damage.

change the pendriver claim warranty

Please try the drive in another PC if the problem persist then try to format it by right clicking on the drive icon and selecting format if still the problem persist then the drive is defective.

hmmm....hello friends...your pen drive is corrupted...its better to change this pen drive because kingston pen drive is in 5 yr warrenty period... so dont wrry and change it.....or you can try this pen drive to any other computer ...if behaviour is same then i would request to you , change pendrive as soon as possible

Is it working and detecting by system.. Then try to run format in DOS command..

Run this command after when reboot pc in command prompt with F8 key.

FORMAT drive: [/V[:label]] [/Q]

what format does it change to? maybe your pen drive compresses it and when you want to play a video from the pendrive you may have to copy it your PC and play it from there.

On opening my pen drive it displays "Pl insert a disk in drive G
