We have a Ricoh aficio CL3500N network printer here at my office. We just switched our internet service over and had to refresh the ip addresses on all the computers so they can connect. But, now the printer is not working. How do I refresh the ip address on the printer? We've tried shutting it off, unplugging it, pulling the 'network card', etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can not find ip address on richo 1035. I tried to connect my richo 1035 with computers through internet. I did all to change ports on printer properties section. I am putting ip address of my service...

Connect the machine to a router or a switch with a network cable.
In used mode, under network settings - set the machine to DHCP, so it will get an IP adress from the switch/router.
Print out a network status page, and see if you've got an IP adress.

In the command window on your PC type: ipconfig/all and see the IP adress of your computer. Compare it to the adress the machine got from the router/switch and see if they are almost identical apart from the last digits.

Install the driver, and install the printer using device name, and you should be good to go. Or you can set the IP you got from the switch/router as a static adress, and install the copier using the IP adress.

Need help setting up printer on a network

Set a compatible IP address on machine:
"user tools"
"system settings"
"interface settings"
"IP address" (set compatible number)
"subnet mask" (set the right one)

Download driver if it's not done already, create the matching tcp/ip port, and continue with installation. Select "share this printer".

Driver is here if you need it:
