Default password for ts3200?
Try the default password, "secure".
The default password for the user ID "Admin" is "secure". This appears on the IBM_System_Storage_TS3100_Tape_Library_and_TS3200_Tape_Library_Installation_Quick_Reference_GA32-0548-00.pdf:
-Logging on to the Web User Interface To complete the configuration of your library using the Web User Interface, follow the steps below. If you have a 2U library, proceed to the section, "Choosing Library Settings" on page 1-15.
1. On your host computer, open Internet Explorer.
2. In the browser address field, enter your library's IP Address.
3. When the login screen appears, enter the following:
Anybody knows the password for username "service"????
Username: admin
Password: secure
Do you know how to unlock the Admin account when the wrong password has been entered?
From the unit's front menu.
From the TS3200 front menu, select Configure, Reset Passwords. This will restore the userIDs and passwords to the defaut values, and reset the unit, which will do a full inventory. But your access will be restored.
