1) Power Off.
2) Disconnect USB cable and power cord
3) Clear the paper jam from the back of the unit by opening the rear access door. Turn the dial on the rear access door counter
clockwise, and then pull the door toward you to remove it
4) Gently remove any paper from the rollers. Get all the pieces - any bits left inside will make it more likely to jam with future use
5) Reattach the rear access door. Gently push the door forward until it snaps into place
6) Reconnect the cables and power cord.
Try your print job again.
