Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may (or may not) correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try. Some of the later steps do involve some risk to the camera, so carefully weigh your options before deciding to conduct them:
Hi,
Move the internal pictures to your card and then switch it to record to the card...
Here is a tip that may help you with your problem....
I found out that with my cameraI needed to transfer the pictures within the camera to the card and them fromthe card to the computer... The process for your camera may not be exactly the same, but should be similar.
With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format" and follow the on-screen instructions. This will erase all the pictures. You should use a memory card from now on and never go back to the internal memory.
Hi, Pull out the SD card (Memory card) by opening from your camera, SD card slot is located near phone battery. You'll find a small lock switch on the left side of SD card, Make sure that it is slid UP in unlock position, You would not able to edit or modify if SD card is locked.
SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.
the best answer.. very carefully...
becarefull with replacing your screen, if you don't have the right precision tools and other equipment you might further damage your camera
