5 flashes - thermostat problem?

I have had my machine for a few years. It gets little usage - about 2-3 times per month. Without warning it stopped working, flashing 5 consquective times. I understand this indicates a thermostat issue. I have replaced the round plug-type one in the back, and one of the two on top. Still no change. I have swapped the second one on top and ensured a grounded earth - no change. Now i'm frustrated! Please help.

Sunbeam cafe series EM 6910 coffee machine little red light keeps flashing

That's the low water warning, triggered by a black float with a magnet inside, in the water container.

The magnet inside the float in the water tank loses its magnetism with age.

Buy a replacement on eBay for a few bucks.

You cannot repair it, but the machine will continue to work fine without it - you just won't get a signal when your water is about to run out.

While formatting memory card shows all previous data but files can be deleted. while adding new file old file are also corrupted.again formatting it we can get previous data hey guys say how can i solve...

Many people don't realize this, but flash memory cards wears outthe more you delete and write files to it. How quickly it wears out will dependon the specific flash drive. Like anything, there is a wide range of quality incurrently available flash memory-based drives. You can make a rough correlationwith the cost/quality of the device (what you pay is what you get), but eventhat tends to change over time. Depending on usage and quality it could betalking as short as months or as long as several years. In extreme cases ofmisuse it could lasting as little as a few weeks.

Why does my softner never use much salt?

That is hard to say Lewis. How much is not much? Salt usage depends on the frequency of regeneration. This is dependent on the water chemistry, usage (metered or time clock), salt dosage and the capacity of the water treatment system. I have customers that go through 280 lbs of salt per year and others that go through 150 per month. Some of these customers are very heavy water users, 2000+gallons of water per day in a private residence. While others won't use 2000 in a month with the same amount of people.
I would suggest you have the water tested to make sure it is soft. If it is then the system is OK. Although I would suggest that if you do not use much water to only fill the salt tank about 1/2 full to avoid mushing and/or bridging of salt in the tank.

Ytek.netwe just moved into a house with a duet washing machine- a few years old. when we do a normal clean cycle, it doesnt appear there is that much water getting used. How much water should we see thru...

All front loaders use very little water as a opposed to a top loader that uses up to 45 gallons per load a front loader uses about 10,plus a front loader cleans clothes very well with that minimal water usage.
The major question is do the clothes seem to come out clean when you have used that washer?

Nikon D80

Your question is not much clear. When the camera shut off?? eg, after pressing shutter, etc. Did you use original battery?? What is your camera age?

PROBABILITY :
Your camera might be have on/off button problem.

EXPLANATION :
I had experience this with my coolpix 8xxx (could not remember exact model). The problem is with nikon on/off switch and shutter design. After a few years of usage, then the on/off switch with start losen a bit. These will cause autofocus activated without you pressing the shutter yet, and it will shut off without warning.

SOLUTION.
There is no DIY solution for this problem. For temporary, try your luck with pressing the on/off swith a bit harder. But that is for temporary + a bit of luck. Best solution is to send the camera to Nikon Centre.
